Frosty Delights: Cupcake Decorating Extravaganza for the Holidays.  Learn how to decorate cupcakes with the Library's very own Wilton certified Glenn Riggs.  Pick up different tricks to help you create bakery quality decorated cupcakes to wow your friends and family.
